At Premium Pet Co, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently throughout South Africa.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 11 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and non-operational courier days.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • High order volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote delivery areas

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Premium Pet Co is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched, provided reasonable dispatch has taken place.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched where available.

Delivery Completion

An order is considered delivered once confirmed by the courier at the supplied delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery so that we may investigate with the courier.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver within South Africa only.
